This is to ensure the well-being and safety of pilgrims. The matter was emphasized at the Launch of the First Umrah Travel Agency with Certified Sign Language Interpreter Services. It took place at Sumbangsih Mulia, Beribi.

The services offered by Syarikat Al-Qobul Travel and Tours are hoped to provide more comprehensive access to the Hearing Impaired. The launch was officiated by Awang Haji Abdullah bin Haji Mohamad, Haj Managing Director. The event coincided with a Silaturahim Ceremony with the pilgrims.
